"Show Examples", "Hide Examples" Mix up on Double-Click

Describe the bug Double-clicking the "Show Examples" link causes a mixup between "Show Examples" and "Hide Examples" titles.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "Map Your Community Page"
2. Double-Click on the 'Show Examples' link
3. The link should now read 'Show Examples' even though the example collapse is open
4. Double-clicking on the link again should restore the normal functionality

Expected behavior It was found by accident but ideally, the collapse should match with the link regardless of how quickly the link is clicked.

I was able to replicate the bug across small and large devices on chrome and the safari developer module on my laptop (Macbook Pro 2019) and I was able to replicate on iPad. I wasn't able to double click on my phone without it zooming in first.
