Automatically send email with PDF and GeoJSON versions of community upon submission

Describe the solution you'd like Upon submission, the "thanks" page should note something like "we just sent you your map!". The user should receive an email which thanks them, attaches the pdf and geojson files, and gives them more information of what to do next
