Organizations and mapmakers want the ability to only export a subset of communities on drive/org visualization pages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, users can either download communities one at a time, or as one big geojson file Describe the solution you'd like Users click on "Export GeoJSON" and then are prompted to select the communities they want to select, alongside a button that allows for selecting all communities
