Organizations want community mapping drive descriptions to be translated

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, there's no translation for community mapping drive names, descriptions, and organization names.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. first, include a line that encourages organizations to send translated descriptions to [email protected] through email -- then manually translate (?)
2. later, when creating a community mapping drive include a dropdown to select languages and then input translations -- these will then be automatically shown on the site
