Mapmakers want blockgroup IDs available on exported PDFs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Per feedback from MI mapmaker, mapmakers would like to have blockgroup IDs available when exporting a PDF

Describe the solution you'd like On exported PDF, display a list of blockgroups in the community (small and probably at bottom of page)
