Users want population data to display when drawing the map

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Users have expressed interest in being able to see the population of their community while drawing.

Describe the solution you'd like After selecting an area of the map, users see a population number for the area they've selected.

Describe alternatives you've considered Previously, we had population data which compared it to current district sizes. We no longer want this, but displaying just population is useful.
