warning before leaving entry page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. "The thing that happened to me was I went back to check something on the home page and I thought I could just go back and then come back to my questionnaire. And I lost everything I had, you know, six or eight paragraphs. So maybe there needs to be a warning. Once you start the questionnaire, don't navigate away or you'll lose your input." - Kathleen H

Describe the solution you'd like Once the user starts interacting with the Entry page, make note of that in a variable (possibly in User). If the user has interacted with the entry page, and clicks elsewhere, issue a popup warning that says you may lose your current session / submission, do you still want to continue.

Describe alternatives you've considered The back button on a browser returns to the page with the information still there. Find a way to do the same. Or find a way to save the user's information on the entry page while they are filling out the page to be displayed again.
