Pages not updating upon save

Hi there,

I'm a relatively good coder (intermediate/PHP). I downloaded the .zip earlier.

I make even a small change to the files, and I expect to see the changes when I refresh the appropriate page.

However, that's not the case. I don't see that I've changed anything.

I'm not sure if it's my cache, device, or something wrong with the code itself.
