Supporting user configuration (use AppData or User folder)

While the idea is basically to run solution constantly so it sould be running from local storage it may be good idea to store temp files and configuration in user folder. This should help tp update to new version or allow to run it from network share (even as read only) not to say that AppData folder and User folder is basically recommended way for storing this kind of files.
