Is there a log.txt file next to FanControl.exe with recent date entries? [Log] Video

Known issue, no idea what the problem is.

When I turn off the software, the fan runs at 100% speed, which is 5390 and 5690 RPM.
However, when I turn on the Fancontrol software and set the fan to 100%, it only runs at 4800 and approximately 5100 RPM. Like Video
