Help: Please help me with reloaded 2 fail fast exception

randomly started getting this issue after deleting and reinstalling reloaded no matter what i do reloaded won't load/open

As a sanity test though, I'd extract Release.zip over the existing files, replacing all.

I don't know what's up over here at the moment- in all my 6 years, I've never seen this error happen with Reloaded-II before.

oh wow i have no idea how it even happened my self, ill try to maybe to delete p4 from steam and then delete and re download reloaded maybe its causing a weird problem

.NET 9 added CET by default. It crashes on older versions of Windows.

Need to add this to the project when compiling to disable CET

I'll get that sorted after .NET 10 bump.

The runtime updater which runs during launcher update is borked, so I'd rather not force people to do manual steps twice over.

Applied change for 1.29.3. Reopen the issue if it persists.
