Describe the Issue Reloaded II Keeps crashing randomly.

I'll translate this when I wake up later. Something to do with capacity/dimensions of aj image somewhere.

Possibly a borked thumbnail image in a specific mod

To add context, this is happening on a fresh install, no mods are there.

Uninstall all 9.x versions of Windows Desktop Runtime and install specific 9.0.0 x64 and x86. This worked for me to stop crash after Reloaded starts.
