Updated SkiaSharp (fixes read for some SVG files)

The old SkiaSharp have an issue with some kind of SVG images (it generate an internal "index out of bounds" exception). I attach the SVG file that cause me a little headache (this one work with the updated SkiaSharp but not with the old one).
