Oneshot (stats) timing is incorrect

Describe the bug Opening the stats page is a server tick bounded behavior, like entering nether portals, so only one tick should be counted for it (as is verification policy), even if the downloading stats page comes up and multiple client ticks pass. Currently this has to be accounted for manually. I am not yet sure if this applies for other FPS values besides 20.

Expected behavior Pause 18 should only be 01:25:026 (this is from Lowkey's SSG wr, many other runs are also afflicted)

Versions info :

• MC Version: Any version with the stats screen, I would assume.
• SpeedRunIGT Version: Any.

Additional context Making an issue for documentation purposes, this needs to be looked into further before any action is taken.
