Missing input on Registration (Danger alert: Please specify State/Province.)

Description of the issue

Attempting to register... but unfortunately receiving a continuous error after completing form of (Danger alert: Please specify State/Province.)

I would like to attempt to fix this issue please

Additional note: Also after selecting Country - State/ Province does not populate as well as option in case State/Province was not an input on the form already. Screenshot (4) Screenshot (5)

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to '...'
  2. Click on '....'
  3. Scroll to '....'
  4. Check console
  5. See error
