Add a lightweight DB
The projects.json is now 2,000 lines long so I think it might be time to consider adding a lightweight database for storing the data.
I've heard good things about Keystone.js and would be willing to look into setting that up for us.

Would we do this, or the solution outlined in #70 ? Or are they the same thing, and I has the dumbs? :)
