Run E2E tests through provisioned on-demand EC2 instances

Purpose

This PR changes our E2E testing to provision an EC2 from a pre-built AMI that has minikube installed. This will enable us to run our E2E testing in parallel since an EC2 instance will be created for each test run. I also added a script that will clean up instances after the job concludes.
