Added asciidoctor to config file and allowed subdomains in the student workshop name

asciidoctor The included config.toml file did not have a security section to permit asciidoctor from being included when hugo is run locall.

Workshop Subdomains When workshops are provisioned in RHPDS, the TLD format is sandboxXXX.opentlc.com. I modified the regular expressions in the footer.html page to allow periods so that subdomains can be specified (lines 340 and 394)
