Username Distribution Dashboard reflects default password

When deploying the CR for the workshop, the admin can specify an admin and workshop user passwords. Once the CR is deployed and the username-distribution route is available, users can register. After registering, users are given a username and password. The password provided at this step is always the default and does not reflect what the admin may have set when the CR for the workshop was deployed.
