[Feature] Add 2021 and 2022 Survey analysis to the existing one.

Description

In the current Analysis, we have only added data for 2018-2020, Stack overflow has conducted surveys for 2021, and 2022. So need to update the repository adding those 2 years.

• [ ] Load the new Dataset 2021, 2022
• [ ] Clean the Dataset (refer to the code of the current project)
• [ ] Merge it with the last merged dataset.
• [ ] Add the visualisation.
