Make it work on Minecraft 1.20.6 and other changes

I updated the Gradle as I could not make it compile and took latest version so you could have java 21 on the computer while you compile it.

I also updated several dependency's as it no reason use old versions and some was really old. I also stop MVdWPlaceholderAPI to get registered as it more or less is legacy and not get updates for years and his API not work well with other plugins than his own plugins.

I made so it does create the database if it missing, instead of throwing a error.

Also included a fix when not load as it should on 1.21
