[Feature request] draw 'Player Name Only' in playercolor

Options -> Advanced Settings -> HUD -> RD_AdvancedSettings_HUD_NameUnderMarine has an setting to show the player- and marinename while drawing the players name in the same color as their drawing pen.

It would be great if RD_AdvancedSettings_HUD_NameUnderMarine_Player could do that too.
