Update README

[albertpod]

Given the recent (and old) updates of ReactiveMP.jl, the current README does not fully represent what our framework is capable of.

The framework works beyond only conjugate SSMs, so we need to highlight how to achieve inference in these model classes.

Things to change:

1. Add a short passage on non-conjugate models to README.md
2. Update video on API
