Indicate in patch list which Patch options must be configured
Feature description
If there is a selected patch which has a required patch options (such as the Spoof Client patches) there should be an indicator showing that the patch must be configured. Here is an image demonstration:
Motivation
The current method of telling the user which patch options must be set is clunky. They must press the 'Done' button and then the dialog will say which patch option must be set.

We can use a badge on the icon as an indicator in there, preferably there should be other ways to alert the user if there aren't any already
Currently, the patch will be moved to the top of the patch list, but this is hardly noticeable when there are 2-5 patches (and definitely won't be noticeable if the alphabetical sorting would normally put it near the top of the list)
