New filter: maximum WC to spend.

Detailed context:

• Description of your idea As is, you can probably filter either by "have all cards", or "can craft all cards", but I would like to filter by is decks that need up to "x" of one rarity WC.
• Reasoning for implementation Let's say I want to spend only 4 rare WC and 1 mythic, I would put to filter the rare lands, then somewhere I could put those filters and find decks where I already have all cards or that I can craft with those 5 WC.

Proposed Workflow Step by step description of your vision how implementation of your idea should work in contgext of MTGA Pro service.

After the colors and craft filters, four inputs each with a symbol/color for the rarity, you put a number and it will filter decks with more WC needed than that. 0 (Zero) can be zero WC, and empty could just not filter. It should also filter after the exclusion of nonbasic lands when that option is used.

Well, we couldn't find practical implementation of this for now. It has many complications: first of all, deck queries are heavy as they are, so adding there manual WC filters is hard. Then, how to introduce this input into filters in the UI? It's packed already. So for now we were unable to find good solution to implement this feature. But I'm not closing this, maybe someday it will be implemented.
