Option to remove runtime version?

Would it be possible to have an option to remove the Runtime Version that is generated into the files? This causes problems for us because our developers are not always using the exact same runtime versions but the generated files are always the same. So sometimes we get diffs when the only difference is the runtime version?

For us I would prefer to simply not have that in the generated files?
