FR: Option to asign a tag to all activities

Kind of like how you can "Show all" and "Hide all" with filters so you don't have to select each individual activity. Would be useful for things like mood tracking.

Hello! Not assigning a tag to any activity is equal to assigning to all activities. Is this what you are looking for?

Could maybe turned into a button as it is perhaps a bit unintuitive (Assumed not assigning a tag would simply not make it show in any of the activities)
