Add goal for Activity and/or tags ?

Hi,

In version 1.41 we can set goals for category only.

It might be nice to be able to set goal for either Activity or tags or even both ?

Also the goals are limited to

• Session
• Day
• Week
• Month

it could be awesome to have

• Overall

I think labels are only available for project maintainers

it might seem weird, but what if you need to track something globally , or from December to February ?
