Set specific page number to view or scroll

I have noticed that there is a property number_of_pages available for pdfannotate instance. Is there a way I can set specific number of page to display, instead of showing from first page in viewer? Or if there could be some option like I click a button and it takes me to for example page number 10, etc. I just need some information like where to look and begin. Any help would be appreciated.
