I did see this PR.

Since you have KYC/AML, I at least expect there being an identifiable company behind a website in the terms of service. At the time of this PR, FLASHIFT PTY LTD did not exist. I see that this changed now: https://abr.business.gov.au/ABN/View?id=34686446239.

Still, I recommend adding an identifiable business address and more transparency on the AUSTRAC registration status.

Thank you for the feedback. I've just updated the PR to the current master. At the time of the original PR, you are correct that Flashift Pty Ltd had not yet been incorporated. Since then, the company has been officially registered with ASIC and is operating under ABN 34 686 446 239 (ASIC/ABR record). https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/RegistrySearch/faces/landing/panelSearch.jspx?searchType=OrgAndBusNm&searchText=686446239

Regarding AUSTRAC: Flashift is a non-custodial crypto aggregator. We do not accept fiat deposits or withdrawals, and we never hold user funds. Our platform only facilitates crypto-to-crypto swaps. Under AUSTRAC’s current framework, only businesses that provide digital currency exchange services involving fiat (AUD :left_right_arrow: crypto) are required to register. Since Flashift does not provide fiat on/off-ramps, AUSTRAC registration is not applicable.
