Pools are sorted randomly on each Jekyll build #239

It would be much more equitable if the sorting was done on pageLoad and/or reLoad.

The intended purpose has already failed because 2Miners is back to the number 1 slot and will remain there until the next Jekyll build, hence dynamic randomness is not achieved in the current implementation.
