GUI: Update tooltips

In QT, numerous buttons are missing tooltips. Suggest reviewing and cleaning tooltip wordings to best assist end users with operation.

• provide most tooltips possible to assist users with understanding features prior to use.
• review and clean wording as necessary to accomplish the same.
