Can reproduce with only ImmediatelyFast installed. Versions: Minecraft 1.19.4 Fabric loader 0.14.19 ImmediatelyFast 1.1.12

Can you check if that issue exists in 1.1.11

Yeah it is present in 1.1.11 version too image

Are you sure this is without other mods. I can not reproduce the issue with IF 1.1.12 only. What GPU do you use?
