Custom Enchanting glint not working

Hi, so I've applied a custom enchanting glint on my skin so it looks like the player is enchanted. It works fine but somehow it doesnt work in Inventory which is odd because the player in the world is still enchanted but the player in inventory not. I've noticed when enabling "debug only disable batch everything" it also works in inventory... why? You have any tipps so I can get this working
