Forge bug?

This is a helm I had, it shows like this in forge

also with effects

really weird

and when I crafted it it gave me a legendary one

I already have that helm in a chest

Hmm, we fixed this issue in the latest version of EL. Are you up to date?

I am on 0.9.8

I am pretty sure my latest re-playthrough is done on this version only, I don't remember updating EL in thunderstore since we restarted playing

Any way to fix this?
