"Stamina Use" Modifier unusable on Staves and Mistland Magic weapons

Hi, great mod,

I wanted to announce that I noticed some mods that don't make sense on staves:

• Attack Stamina Use (casting magic doesn't use stamina, just pauses stamina use)

additionally, there are a lot of modifiers on fishing rods that are inactive, unsure if that is intended:

• all damage mods
• lifesteal
• slow (might not work as fish slow)
• executioner
• stagger damage

to be frank, all fishing rod mods need rework or disable fishing rods from enchantment
