Heimdall's Set Slightly Broken

Heimdall's Tower Shield, is a club instead, so its not quite usable in its current state. when spawning it in, the guardian of the gods becomes a club instead of a shield.

I use the commands magicitemset Heimdall and all times was droped a CLUB i try enchant to legendary more then 100 towershilds and none get the Heimdall Set
