disabling

I want to disable the mod for a new start, though I disable in the config any client connecting that has the mod installed appears to get drops and is disrupting the server.

I have even removed the .dll from plugins and yet still they are getting drops.

I should specify this is a hosted server on a service, not on any of the client PC's. My understanding is that the server has to have the mod in order for the mods to work in the given game.
