ADD player inventory to quickslots?

Randy, sorry i know this is not the place to post this but i could not seem to create a pull request, If there is a simple way just to add an option to allow moding the player inv slots or rows, it would be a huge help to me. The current mods i have tried to use are not working or and i do not want to use Vplus.
