Videos not encoding
Problem Description
Videos begin to encode, then the estimated time until completion continues to grow until reaching 2+ days regardless of file size. When cancelling the process the app freezes every time.
I've successfully encoded the videos using other software in order to ensure the issue isnt on my end.
What version of VidCoder are you running?

Can you try Global Options -> Process -> Uncheck "Use worker process to encode"? That has been a successful workaround for people with similar symptoms.
I had the same issue with v7.14. The suggested workaround Global Options -> Process -> Uncheck "Use worker process to encode" did help me. Thanks!
Does disabling the worker process have a negativ effect on the performance?
It disables a number of features like simultaneous encodes and per-encode logs. It also means that a HandBrake engine crash will also crash the user interface process and won't continue processing the queue. But if you're encoding one video at a time anyway it shouldn't have any significant effect on performance.
