What were you doing when VidCoder crashed?
Encoding multiple MKV's (4 processes at once) from multi episode DVD images
Crash details
Encoding a large number of files to mkv at high quality loaded directly from DVD ripped images. encoding 4 episodes at a time, at normal cpu priority. Working fine, but when checked near end of encoding just received approx 20 "Exception" errors with the same issue as this
Did you see the errors in the log window? Or did a special window come up and cause the whole app to close?
It's a weird error because VidCoder doesn't do any pen or touch-specific logic. Do you have a touch or stylus device attached to your computer?
Hi David
It’s odd because I had about 15 of these errors, but everything completed and the logs confirm it.
No it’s a desktop pc, only oddity is I was connected to it via rdp from a laptop which does have a touch screen.
Many thanks
Ian
