Post-encoding Send File To Enhancements

The post-encoding "send file to" works well enough but when using a cmd/batch file there a brief window popup.

I'm not sure what call is being used to launch the process so this may not feasible so here it is anyway:

• Option to launch with a minimized or hidden window
• Option to launch with a process priority
• Option to launch with a processor affinity mask
• Ability to pass the encode status (failed/success) to allow a batch script or another program to handle a failed encode differently than a successful one
