Vidcoder Beta 6.36

Open Trallix opened this issue 4 years ago • 1 comments

Describe the bug I used to be able to click on the shortcut twice and have two sessions of vidcoder beta running so that I can use multiple hardware video encoders to convert files to separate drives, as I have two video cards installed.

Cannot do that on the new update. the second click on the shortcut does not start a new session if vidcoder already running However Vidcoder 5.21 still allows multiple sessions to be run.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to vidcoder folder
  2. Click on vidcoder shortcut to start Vidcoder Beta 6.36
  3. Vidcoder runs and displays on screen ready for use
  4. Load in saved queue number 1 for first GPU to use.... OK, fine up to now
  5. Go to vidcoder folder again
  6. Click on vidcoder shortcut to start Vidcoder Beta 6.36 while current session still running but doing nothing at moment.
  7. Vidcoder will not start another session so nothing happens.

Expected behavior Vidcoder Beta to start up on another session so I can import another queue for second GPU processor to use

I can still do the multi-session start on Vidcoder 5.21 but not on the updated Vidcoder 6.36

Have you tried going to Global Options -> Process and editing Maximum simultaneous encoding jobs?
