Ho do I add video tag like movie name and others

Right now VidCoder only supports passing through existing metadata. The API allows the GUIs to add custom metadata, and Handbrake has some dormant code that's supposed to do this: https://github.com/HandBrake/HandBrake/commit/67485ebddf4cd162af6fd27c68dba728a29d7211

If I get some time I'll look into implementing this and touch base with sr55 to see what challenges he's run into on it.
