Watcher program docs?

I want to assign a picker to a watched folder. I know there's a watcher.exe out there but I cannot seem to find any docs on how to use it. Can someone point me there?

It should be pretty self-explanatory. You can add a folder with an associated picker and encoding preset.

HI Random. I am back to try to figure this out. I cannot find any way to get the window you are showing. When I run vidcoderfilewatcher.exe nothing happens. How did you get that screen?

Oh I see. Click WINDOWS. Not quite intuitive but I found it. Maybe add a "WATCHER" button to the button bar at the top?
