Watcher not picking up new files to encode

Problem Description

The watcher is no longer detecting when new files are added to the folder

If i exit VidCoder and restart it, it will pickup all the eligible files in the Watched folder and encode them but if i add more files, it will not pick them up until i restart the app.

Don't know if it's relevant but the files get deposited into the folder by Sonarr (https://sonarr.tv/). It Unrars the file into the watched folder. Previously, it had happen where VidCoder tried to convert something that hadn't finished unraring but that is pretty rare

A few things to try:

1. Disabling, then enabling the watcher.
2. Double-checking the the paths are correct
3. In Global Options -> Advanced -> Watcher Mode, change from "System watcher" to "Polling". The system watcher is more efficient, but sometimes the OS craps out and fails to send file change events to VidCoder.
4. Upload the latest Watcher log from %appdata%\VidCoder\Logs
