Set source text?

Feature details

Maybe this is already in there but is there any way to adjust the source text as I encode? This would allow me to keep track of what I have or have not encoded. Maybe add text to the existing source text as well as simply replace it?

What do you mean by "source text"? The file name? Some metadata?
