Graphic subtitles are distorted after DVD compression
After the DVD file is compressed, the graphics and subtitles are stretched and deformed. This is not the cause of VidCoder, but is there a solution to this situation?
After the SUB subtitles are extracted, the plug-in is also deformed.

Try it with HandBrake. VidCoder uses HandBrake for the core encoding engine, so if the issue reproduces there it's an issue with their code and you can ask them for help. If it doesn't reproduce with HandBrake, we know it's a VidCoder issue.

Looks like you are cropping it also. If you are, that's the problem. My other guess is that the subtitles are .SUB format, which are shit. Convert them to SRT or ASS and you will be ok.
