How to turn off (Encoded) file naming
Problem Description
No matter what options I try in the picker, the encoded file has “(encoded)” after each file name. Am I missing some checkbox to turn that off?

That happens when the output path is the same as the source path and source removal is not set to Immediate. You can change the output directory or enable Immediate source removal in the Picker.
