Audio tracks doubled during import

Problem Description

This is how it looks when throwing in a mkv (MPEG-2) with two audio tracks and three subtitle tracks: https://i.imgur.com/a3V1IA8.png

Seems to depend on audio settings, because with standard settings this won't occur.

All of the audio tracks are also copied twice into encoded file!
